This is a Romanian milspec ak47 that is pulled off the assembly lines before they are made into machine guns and made for use here in America as pistols. Unfortunately our government has made arbitrary rules restricting us from easily making these into machine guns or shorter barreled rifles, but one could apply to the BATFE and pay the tax to make these into cheap shorter barreled rifles.
