You will need a dehydrator!

Minutes to Prepare: 10
Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 24

2 cups steal cut oats
1 cup oat flour or oat bran
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup apple puree (3 medium apples cored. Leave the skin on and mix in the food processor until they’re pureed)

Place oats and oat bran in a bowl. Mix together and then add in remaining ingredients. Drop in mounds on dehydrator sheets and lightly flatten. Dehydrate at 116* for 7 to 9 hours or until almost dry.

Number of Servings: 24

Added ingredients:
1/8 cup of water
1/8 cup Agave nectar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dehydrated apples – chopped
Now I used 1 cup of my homemade applesauce instead of pureeing 3 apples!
I also added 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
Dont forget I added both the honey and the Agave nectar!
This recipe made 38 – 1 inch cookies
I hope you enjoy!
